Hammer forged from shirogami 2 clad with iron with a traditional kasumi finish, this series are produced by expert craftsmen in Sakai city renowned for producing single bevel cutlery. The Handle is made from magnolia wood with a buffalo horn ferrule. Takohiki is the Kanto style sashimi knife used for almost all the same preparation as a yanagi.
